Cilacar T Tablet is taken orally.

Cilacar T Tablet contains two active ingredients that work together to manage high blood pressure:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing and widening your blood vessels, which in turn makes it easier for your heart to pump blood. This reduces the overall pressure on the walls of your arteries.
• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), telmisartan prevents a hormone called angiotensin II from narrowing your blood vessels. By blocking this effect, it allows your blood vessels to relax and widen, further helping to lower blood pressure.
