Telista CL Tablet is taken orally.

Telista CL Tablet may cause side effects including peripheral edema (swelling in the hands and feet), headache, nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the nose and throat), dizziness, fatigue, nausea, back pain, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist.

This action blocks the blood vessel narrowing and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which results in widened blood vessels, reduced blood vessel resistance, increased sodium and water excretion, and lowered blood pressure.

Pregnancy

Telista CL Tablet is contraindicated during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or planning to conceive, consult your doctor before starting this medicine.

Breastfeeding

Telista CL Tablet is contraindicated for breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor to understand the potential risks and benefits.
