Nexovas T Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): As a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, Cilnidipine works by relaxing the smooth muscles in your blood vessels, causing them to widen. This action reduces resistance in your peripheral arteries and veins, effectively lowering your blood pressure.
• Telmisartan (40 mg): Classified as an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), Telmisartan inhibits the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that constricts your blood vessels. By blocking this hormone, Telmisartan promotes relaxation of your blood vessels and reduces your blood pressure.
