Azmarda 50 Tablet contains two active ingredients: sacubitril and valsartan.

• Sacubitril works by inhibiting an enzyme called neprilysin. This enzyme breaks down substances in the body that promote fluid retention and blood vessel constriction. By inhibiting neprilysin, sacubitril helps increase levels of these beneficial substances, reducing fluid retention and improving blood flow.
• Valsartan belongs to a class of medications called angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs). It works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which causes blood vessels to narrow.
