Cilacar 10 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure and related cardiovascular conditions. It relaxes blood vessels, improves blood circulation, and reduces the workload on the heart. Regular use helps prevent complications such as heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Cilacar 10 Tablet is taken orally. 

Cilacar 10 Tablet contains the following component:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): It is a calcium channel blocker that blocks calcium entry into the smooth muscle cells lining blood vessels. This results in relaxed blood vessels and less forceful contractions, further decreasing blood pressure. By reducing the force required to pump blood through the circulatory system, Cilacar 10 Tablet eases the workload on the heart, making it work more efficiently.

• Cilacar 10 Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Engage in regular activity for at least 150 minutes weekly, aiming for about 30 minutes most days. This can help reduce your elevated blood pressure by approximately 5 mm Hg.
• Opt for a diet high in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products.
• Quitting smoking is the best method to lower the risk of heart disease.
• Chronic stress can raise blood pressure, so spend time with loved ones and practice mindfulness.
• Keep an eye on your blood pressure daily. If it fluctuates excessively, consult your doctor.
• Incorporate omega-3 fatty acids into your diet. Use low-fat cooking oils like olive, soybean, canola, and coconut oil to help lower your high blood pressure.
