Razel 10 Tablet is used to lower high cholesterol and triglycerides, to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke, and to slow the build-up of fatty deposits in the arteries.

Uses of Razel 10 Tablet are:

• High Cholesterol: Lowers high levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.
• Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention: Reduces the risk of major cardiovascular events in adults at high risk.
• Atherosclerosis: Helps slow the build-up of fatty deposits (plaques) in blood vessel walls.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.

• You can take the tablet at any time of the day, with or without food.

• Do not exceed or lower the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• If you stop taking this medicine, it might affect your cholesterol levels. So, always consult your doctor before you decide to stop.

Razel 10 Tablet is taken orally.

Razel 10 Tablet consists of rosuvastatin (10 mg), which works as follows:

• Blocks HMG-CoA reductase: Rosuvastatin blocks an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase in your body. This enzyme plays a key role in making cholesterol inside your body.

• Reduces blood cholesterol: By blocking the activity of HMG-CoA reductase, rosuvastatin effectively decreases the levels of blood cholesterol.
