• Take the tablet orally with a glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet whole, without crushing or chewing it.

Sartel-LN 40 Tablet is taken orally.

Sartel-LN 40 Tablet comprises two active components:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient works as a calcium channel blocker. It reduces the influx of calcium into the cells of your heart and blood vessels. By blocking certain types of calcium channels in these cells, cilnidipine causes relaxation and widening of blood vessels, thereby reducing arterial blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): It acts as an angiotensin II receptor blocker. Angiotensin II is a substance in your body that can tighten your blood vessels causing your blood pressure to increase. Telmisartan blocks the binding of angiotensin II to specific receptors in the body, promoting relaxation and widening of the blood vessels. This reduces resistance and lowers your blood pressure.
