Lndip T Tablet 10 is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults when a single medication is not sufficient to control blood pressure levels.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker, and cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker. Take the tablet with water as prescribed, with or without food. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure rarely has noticeable symptoms. Stopping the medicine abruptly can lead to a sudden rise in blood pressure.
Lifestyle measures play a key role in controlling blood pressure. Maintain a diet low in salt, engage in regular physical activity, manage body weight, limit alcohol consumption, and avoid tobacco use as advised by your doctor.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems, or low blood pressure. It must not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you experience dizziness when standing up or persistent swelling in your ankles.
