TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED - DECEMBER 2025 (Effective from 1st December 2025 to 30th June 2026, unless revoked earlier) PROMOTION OVERVIEW Truemeds ("We" or "Our" or "Us" or "Company"), operated by Intellihealth Solutions Private Limited, is offering a Lowest Price Guaranteed promotion ("Promotion") whereby eligible customers ("You" or "Your" or "User") may claim up to ₹500 as Truemeds Cash ("TM Cash") if they find a lower price for the same medicine on eligible competitor platforms. This Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions ("T&C"), which are in addition to and not in substitution of Truemeds' standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at https://www.truemeds.in/legal/ispl/terms-and-conditions. By participating in this Promotion, You agree to be bound by these T&C. ELIGIBILITY This Promotion is open to all registered users of Truemeds who have placed a valid order on the Truemeds Platform (website or mobile application) during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is valid only for orders placed between 1st December 2025 and 30th June 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Users must be 18 years of age or above to participate in this Promotion. Truemeds reserves the right to exclude certain products, categories, or orders from this Promotion at its sole discretion. Such exclusions may include but are not limited to promotional items, clearance products, or products subject to regulatory restrictions. This Promotion is applicable only on prescription medicines. Over-the-counter (OTC) products, health supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness products, medical devices, and personal care items are not eligible for this Promotion. If an order contains both prescription and non-prescription products, only the prescription medicines shall be considered for price matching. Any variance or price difference relating to non-prescription products shall not be eligible for TM Cash. Only orders that are fully compliant with applicable prescription verification requirements under Indian law shall be eligible for this Promotion. Any claim associated with an order placed without a valid prescription, or where the prescription is rejected or pending verification, shall be deemed ineligible. PRICE MATCH CRITERIA To qualify for TM Cash under this Promotion, the medicine found on a competitor platform must match the medicine ordered on Truemeds across all of the following dimensions: Same brand name Same active pharmaceutical ingredient (salt/composition) Same strength/dosage Same pack size/quantity Same formulation (e.g., tablet, capsule, syrup) Price comparison shall be based on the competitor's selling price displayed on the product page (MRP minus their listed discount), excluding any additional coupon codes, cashback offers, wallet benefits, membership discounts, loyalty rewards, referral credits, or other promotional offers applied at checkout. For clarity, the final cart value (including delivery charges, convenience fees, or other charges) shall not be considered for price matching. Only the medicine's listed price shall be compared. Eligible competitor platforms for price comparison shall be online pharmacy platforms operating in India. The list of approved competitor platforms is specified in Clause 3.4 below. Approved online competitor platforms for this Promotion are: PharmEasy 1mg Netmeds Apollo Pharmacy (online) Prices from physical retail pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, unauthorized sellers, marketplace aggregators, or any other online platforms not listed as approved competitors in Clause 3.4 shall not be considered for price matching. For the purpose of this Promotion, Truemeds shall validate the competitor's price at the time of internal claim verification and not at the time the screenshot was captured. If the competitor's price has changed, fluctuated, or is unavailable during the verification process, Truemeds shall use the price visible at the time of verification, and such determination shall be final and binding. CLAIM PROCESS To claim TM Cash under this Promotion, You must submit a claim request via email to support@truemeds.in within 7 (seven) days of placing your order on Truemeds. Your claim email must include the following information: Your Truemeds order ID Name of the medicine(s) for which lower price was found Name of the competitor platform Clear screenshot(s) of the competitor platform's product page showing: Product details (brand name, salt, strength, pack size) Selling price displayed on product page (MRP minus listed discount) Date and timestamp (visible on screenshot or device) URL of the product page Screenshot must clearly display whether any promotional discounts or coupon codes are applied on the competitor platform (such discounts will be excluded from price comparison as per Clause 3.2) Truemeds will verify the claim within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving the complete claim submission. Claims submitted with incomplete information, unclear screenshots, or after the 7-day claim window has expired will not be processed. Each customer is eligible to submit one (1) claim per calendar month during the Promotion Period. If multiple medicines in a single order have lower prices on competitor platforms, the TM Cash will be calculated as the cumulative difference across all qualifying medicines, subject to the maximum cap of ₹500 per claim. TM CASH CREDITING Upon successful verification and approval of Your claim, Truemeds will credit TM Cash to Your Truemeds account equivalent to the full price difference between the actual price paid by You on Truemeds (as reflected in Your order invoice) and the competitor's selling price displayed on their product page (as verified by Truemeds at the time of claim verification). The maximum TM Cash that can be credited per claim is ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only), regardless of the actual price difference. There is no minimum price difference required to submit a claim. However, Truemeds reserves the right to reject claims for negligible differences at its sole discretion. TM Cash will be credited to Your Truemeds account within 7 (seven) business days of claim approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the TM Cash has been credited to Your account. TM CASH VALIDITY AND USAGE TM Cash credited under this Promotion will be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of credit. The usage of TM Cash shall be subject to Truemeds' standard TM Cash/TM Wallet terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Minimum cart value requirements (if any) Maximum percentage of order value that can be paid using TM Cash Product category restrictions (if any) Applicability with other ongoing offers or promotions All terms and conditions applicable to TM Cash as per Truemeds' standard policies shall apply to TM Cash credited under this Promotion. TM Cash is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for actual currency. Expired TM Cash cannot be reinstated or extended under any circumstances. CLAIM REJECTION AND VERIFICATION Truemeds reserves the right to reject any claim under this Promotion at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following scenarios: Incomplete or unclear documentation Price comparison with non-eligible competitor platforms (not listed in Clause 3.4) Competitor price includes promotional discounts, coupon codes, membership pricing, or other checkout offers (product page selling price must be used) Product mismatch across any dimension specified in Clause 3.1 Competitor's product is out of stock or price has changed at the time of Truemeds' verification Pricing errors or anomalies on competitor platforms (e.g., unreasonably low prices, technical glitches) Evidence of tampering or manipulation of screenshots Claims submitted beyond the 7-day claim window from order placement date Customer has already submitted a claim in the same calendar month Order has been cancelled, returned, or refund has been initiated or processed Claim submitted for Over-the-counter (OTC) products or non-prescription items Competitor price sourced from wholesalers, distributors, or physical pharmacies Comparison based on final cart value, checkout prices, or membership/promotional pricing instead of product page selling price Truemeds' decision on claim approval or rejection shall be final and binding. No correspondence or disputes will be entertained in this regard. Truemeds may, at its discretion, request additional information or documentation to verify the claim. Truemeds shall not be liable for any price fluctuations, limited-time deals, dynamic pricing, temporary flash sales, or time-bound promotional pricing on competitor platforms. Any such fluctuations or short-duration price changes shall not be considered for the purposes of this Promotion. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS If an order for which TM Cash has been credited is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded (in full or in part), the credited TM Cash will be immediately reversed and taken back from Your Truemeds account. If You return the medicines for which TM Cash was credited, the TM Cash benefit will be withdrawn. If the TM Cash has already been utilized, the equivalent amount will be deducted from Your TM Wallet balance or adjusted against future orders. Partial returns or cancellations will result in proportionate reversal of TM Cash based on the returned items. ABUSE AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY Truemeds has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities, misuse, or abuse of this Promotion. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, and/or legal action: Submission of false, manipulated, or doctored screenshots Multiple account creation to claim TM Cash multiple times Bulk ordering or reselling activities Collusion with competitor platforms or third parties Any other activity that Truemeds deems to be fraudulent or abusive Truemeds reserves the right to forfeit any TM Cash credited to accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive practices, without prior notice. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION Truemeds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Truemeds reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The amended T&C will be posted on the Truemeds Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting. In the event of any technical issues, errors, or Force Majeure events that affect the Promotion, Truemeds shall not be held liable and may suspend or terminate the Promotion without any obligation to participants. GENERAL TERMS This Promotion cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers, promotional schemes, or discounts unless explicitly stated by Truemeds. TM Cash credited under this Promotion is subject to applicable taxes and legal compliances as per Indian laws. Truemeds shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or issues arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India. Truemeds does not make any warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or currency of pricing information on competitor platforms. Participation in this Promotion is voluntary. Truemeds does not encourage or endorse the comparison of prices across platforms and provides this Promotion solely as a customer satisfaction initiative. Any personal data shared by You will be processed in accordance with Truemeds' Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India. You represent that all information submitted by You is accurate and has not been altered or manipulated. The term "Lowest Price Guaranteed" is a limited promotional assurance applicable only within the scope, conditions, and competitor list specified under these T&C. Truemeds does not represent or warrant that its platform offers the lowest price for all medicines across all channels at all times. The Promotion is a goodwill initiative and shall not be construed as a guarantee beyond the Promotion Period or these T&C. TM Cash credited under this Promotion constitutes Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim, grievance, or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Truemeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this Promotion, to the extent permitted under applicable law. While Truemeds endeavors to process all claims within the timelines specified in these T&C, such timelines are indicative and may be extended due to operational constraints, system issues, or regulatory requirements. Truemeds shall not be held liable for delays in verification or crediting of TM Cash.
