CompositionCILACAR T TABLET 15 is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, together with cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker. The two medicines work together to relax and widen the blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing the strain on the heart. This helps protect the heart, kidneys, and blood vessels, lowering the risk of stroke and heart attack, especially in people with diabetes.
It is taken daily at the same time each day. Do not stop it suddenly, as your blood pressure could rise sharply, and continue taking it even when you feel well.
