Arnipin 50 Tablet is used to treat heart failure, especially in adults with reduced ejection fraction. This medicine helps strengthen the heart’s pumping ability, lowering the risk of cardiovascular complications and death. It also reduces hospitalizations due to heart failure and serves as an alternative for patients who cannot take ACE inhibitors or ARBs. Regular use of this tablet supports overall heart health and helps manage chronic heart conditions effectively.

Arnipin 50 Tablet is taken orally.

Arnipin 50 Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Sacubitril (24 mg): This component acts on an enzyme in your body known as neprilysin. Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, which is responsible for degrading certain peptides that affect blood vessels and the amount of fluid in your body. By inhibiting neprilysin, sacubitril increases the levels of these peptides, promoting the widening of blood vessels (vasodilation), salt and water removal from the body (natriuresis and diuresis), and reducing harmful changes in the structure of the heart (maladaptive remodelling and myocardial fibrosis).

• Valsartan (26 mg): This ingredient works by blocking a specific receptor in your body, the angiotensin II type-1 (AT1) receptor. Blocking this receptor prevents the narrowing of blood vessels and the release of a hormone called aldosterone that regulates fluid and salt balance. This action of valsartan complements the effects of sacubitril.

• Store the Arnipin 50 Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep it safe from direct sunlight and excess heat.

• Since Arnipin 50 Tablet helps manage heart failure, you should follow a low-sodium diet. Eating too much salt can lead to fluid buildup in your body, putting added stress on your heart.
