Sacuval 50 Tablet is used to treat chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in adults, helping to reduce symptoms such as breathlessness and fatigue and lowering the risk of hospitalisation.
It contains sacubitril (24 mg) and valsartan (26 mg), an angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI). Take it as prescribed; do not stop it without medical advice. Regular blood pressure, kidney function and potassium checks are required.

Tell your doctor about any kidney problems, elevated potassium or a history of angioedema before starting. This medicine must not be started within 36 hours of stopping an ACE inhibitor. Avoid use in pregnancy. Report swelling of the face, lips or throat immediately.
