Arnicor 50 Tablet is used to manage heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in adults, reducing symptoms and cardiovascular risk.

• Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew it.

Arnicor 50 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Sacubitril (24 mg): This component inhibits an enzyme called neprilysin which is responsible for breaking down substances that help in reducing cardiac fibrosis and hypertrophy, promoting vasodilation and enhancing sodium excretion. By blocking this enzyme, Sacubitril increases the levels of these beneficial substances, thereby contributing to better heart health.
• Valsartan (26 mg): Valsartan operates by blocking angiotensin II type-1 (AT1) receptors which relaxes blood vessels, lowers blood pressure and decreases the workload on the heart. This action helps improve cardiac output and reduces strain on the heart.

The combined effect of Sacubitril and Valsartan contributes to enhanced management of heart failure symptoms.

• Store your Arnicor 50 Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.
• Keep the medicine in a dry place, away from moisture.
