Mymarda 50 Tablet is used to treat long-term heart failure in adults whose heart is not pumping as well as it should. It helps reduce the risk of dying from heart-related causes and lowers the need for hospital admission because of worsening heart failure.
It is a combination heart failure medicine that works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the strain on the heart. Take it as prescribed and do not stop it without medical advice. It must not be started until at least 36 hours after stopping an ACE inhibitor medicine, and must not be taken alongside an ACE inhibitor.
Day-to-day habits support heart failure management. Keeping salt and fluid intake within the limits your doctor advises, weighing yourself daily to detect fluid build-up early, and attending all follow-up blood tests and appointments all help.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, low blood pressure, or high potassium levels, and about all other medicines you take. Your doctor will monitor your kidney function, potassium, and blood pressure regularly. Seek immediate help for any swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
