Valentas 50 Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Sacubitril (24 mg): This component actively reduces the activity of neprilysin, an enzyme that usually breaks down natriuretic peptides. By preventing these peptides from degrading, sacubitril increases their levels in the body. These peptides are beneficial for the heart and blood vessels as they promote sodium excretion, decrease blood volume, and cause vasodilation.
• Valsartan (26 mg): Valsartan falls under the category of angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB). It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that tightens blood vessels and increases blood pressure. By stopping angiotensin II from binding to its receptors, valsartan helps relax blood vessels, reduce blood pressure, and lessen the strain on the heart.
