Renosave Tablet is used as an adjunct in diabetic kidney disease; evidence and benefit should be reviewed by the treating clinician.

Uses of Renosave Tablet are:

• Diabetic Kidney Disease: May be prescribed as supportive treatment alongside standard renal and diabetes care.
• Antioxidant Support: Provides N-acetylcysteine and taurine to reduce oxidative stress.
• Renal Care Plan: Is used with, not instead of, proven blood pressure, blood sugar and kidney-protection treatments.

Here's how you should take Renosave Tablet:

• Take this medicine orally with a glass of water.

• Don't chew or crush the tablet; swallow it whole.

• Follow your doctor's advice exactly regarding when and how often to take this medicine.

• Don't stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Renosave Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• N-Acetylcysteine (150 mg): This antioxidant helps neutralise harmful free radicals that can damage kidney cells. It has anti-inflammatory properties and aids in the body's natural detoxification processes. By reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in the kidneys, N-acetylcysteine may slow the progression of diabetic nephropathy.

• Taurine (500 mg): Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid found naturally in the body. Like N-acetylcysteine, taurine acts as an antioxidant, protecting kidney tissues from damage caused by high blood sugar levels. It also helps regulate cellular calcium levels and supports proper nerve and heart function. Taurine's protective effects make it a valuable component in managing diabetic nephropathy.

• Store Renosave Tablet at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
