Urilosin-D Tablet is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or enlargement of the prostate gland in adult men. It helps improve symptoms such as difficulty urinating, frequent urination, and incomplete bladder emptying. The medicine combines tamsulosin (an alpha-blocker) and dutasteride (a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor) to relax bladder muscles and shrink the prostate.

Here's how you should take Urilosin-D Tablet:

• Swallow the medicine whole with a glass of water.

• It's important to avoid crushing, chewing, or opening the tablet as this may cause mouth or throat irritation.

• Always take your medicine around 30 minutes after the same meal each day to ensure consistency.

• Never exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor first.

• Do not abruptly stop taking this medicine; instead, consult your doctor if you wish to discontinue use.

Urilosin-D Tablet is a combination medication with two active components working together to manage your symptoms:

• Dutasteride (0.5 mg): Dutasteride works by inhibiting an enzyme known as 5-alpha reductase in your body.
