Pantafol-DSR Capsule is used to manage acid reflux, bloating, and GERD. It reduces stomach acid production to provide lasting relief from heartburn and digestive discomfort. By protecting the stomach lining, it ensures smoother digestion and prevents the painful symptoms associated with excess acidity.

To use Pantafol-DSR Capsule correctly, follow these steps:

1. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably before meals.

2. Do not break, crush, or chew the tablet.

3. The dosage and duration of management should be as directed by your doctor.

4. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Pantafol-DSR Capsule is taken orally, which means you swallow it with water. It is not meant to be injected or applied topically.

Pantafol-DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients: domperidone and pantoprazole. 

• Domperidone increases the movement in the stomach and intestines, helping to prevent acid reflux.
• Pantoprazole reduces the production of digestive acids in the stomach.
• Together, these active ingredients work synergistically by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach and improving the movement in the digestive system.

• Protect the medicine from light and moisture.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Use the product before its expiry date.

• Avoid spicy, fatty, or acidic foods that can trigger acid reflux.
• Eat smaller, more frequent meals instead of large meals.
• Maintain a healthy weight to reduce pressure on the stomach.
• Avoid lying down immediately after meals; wait for at least 2 hours.
• Elevate the head of your bed to prevent nighttime reflux.
• Quit smoking as it can worsen GERD symptoms.
• Limit alcohol consumption as it can increase stomach acid production.
