Clinsol Gel is used to treat acne by reducing acne-causing bacteria and controlling excess oil production. It helps decrease redness, swelling, and inflammation associated with pimples, clears existing acne lesions, and prevents new breakouts with regular use, improving overall skin health.

Here are some steps to follow while using Clinsol Gel:

• Ensure your skin is clean and dry before application.
• Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected areas.
• Gently massage with the gel into your skin avoiding eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the gel.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.

Clinsol Gel is applied topically.

Clinsol Gel contains two active ingredients:

• Clindamycin (1%): This lincosamide antibiotic works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis at the ribosomal level. By doing so, it reduces the growth of propionibacterium acnes bacteria present in sebaceous follicles and glands, which are involved in causing acne.
• Nicotinamide (4%): Also known as niacinamide or vitamin B3, it exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied topically and helps regulate sebum production in the skin. This action assists in reducing swelling, redness and tenderness associated with inflammatory acne lesions while promoting faster healing and lightening post-acne marks.

• Store Clinsol Gel at room temperature, below 30°C.
• Keep it away from extreme heat or freezing conditions, ensuring it's not exposed to direct sunlight or moisture.
• Always keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep this medicine out of reach of children for safety reasons.

• Maintain a diet rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly Vitamin B3 (niacin), which aids skin health and can complement the effects of Clinsol Gel.
• Limit your sun exposure as Clinsol Gel may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. When outdoors, consider wearing protective clothing and apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to shield your skin from harmful UV rays.
