ESOMEZA DSR CAPSULE 10 is used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers that do not respond to a single medicine. It contains esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the production of stomach acid, and domperidone, a prokinetic that improves the movement of the stomach and intestines; together they help food and acid move downward efficiently, reducing reflux and nausea and protecting the lining of the food pipe. It relieves persistent heartburn, sour burps, and a feeling of heaviness or bloating after meals.
