New Otrivin Advance Nasal Spray is used for providing rapid and long-lasting relief from nasal congestion caused by colds, hay fever, or sinusitis. Formulated with Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride, it works as a potent vasoconstrictor that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages to restore clear breathing within seconds. The metered-dose design ensures a precise application, while the cooling menthol sensation provides immediate comfort for up to 12 hours. This spray should be used only for the short duration recommended by your physician to avoid rebound congestion.

• Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%): Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%) is a potent nasal decongestant. It works by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages which helps reduce swelling and inflammation in the mucous membranes. This action quickly relieves nasal congestion by opening up blocked nasal airways, allowing for easier breathing. Oxymetazoline is known for providing fast relief, starting its action within 25 seconds and its effects can last up to 12 hours, making it ideal for temporary relief from a stuffy nose due to colds, allergies or sinusitis.

• For adults and children aged 12 years and above only,  one spray in each nostril, 1-2 times a day. Wait at least 8 hours between doses. Do not exceed 2 applications daily into each nostril.
