• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet before consumption.

• It's recommended to take this medicine, preferably after meals.

• Do not exceed the suggested dose without consulting your doctor.

Nimica Plus Tablet is a combination of two active ingredients:

• Nimesulide (100 mg): This non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzyme, which blocks the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are chemical signals that cause inflammation, pain, and fever. Nimesulide offers relief from these symptoms by preventing the formation of these prostaglandins.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient acts centrally in the brain to inhibit cyclooxygenase and block pain signals. Furthermore, it works on the heat-regulating centre of the brain to reduce fever. The exact mechanism of how Paracetamol accomplishes this is not fully understood.
