HCQS-200 Tablet is used to manage rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and other autoimmune conditions, helping to reduce joint pain, swelling and skin symptoms, and to prevent and treat certain types of malaria.
It contains hydroxychloroquine (200 mg), a DMARD and antimalarial medicine. Take it with food or milk as prescribed; it may take several weeks to show its full benefit in autoimmune conditions.
Keeping to all monitoring appointments including regular eye examinations during long-term treatment, as recommended by your doctor, supports safe treatment alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any history of eye disease, psoriasis, liver problems or porphyria before starting, and about other medicines you take. Report any visual changes, blurred vision or unusual skin rashes promptly.
