Nobel-Plus Tablet is used to provide relief from moderate pain, fever, and inflammation. It is effective for managing toothaches, muscular pains, and the discomfort associated with arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis). It is also prescribed for primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods) to reduce cramping and localized swelling.
This tablet contains a combination of Nimesulide, an NSAID, and Paracetamol. Nimesulide works by blocking the enzymes that produce prostaglandins (chemicals that cause pain and inflammation), while Paracetamol acts on the brain’s heat-regulating center to lower fever and increase the body's pain threshold. This combined approach provides enhanced relief compared to either medicine used alone.
Take this tablet after a meal to help reduce stomach irritation, as prescribed by your doctor. It should be taken for the shortest duration necessary to control symptoms. Inform your healthcare provider if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers, or heart disease before starting this treatment. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine to reduce the risk of stomach bleeding or liver-related side effects.
