Nobel Plus Tablet 10

Nobel Plus Tablet is used for the short-term relief of pain, swelling and fever in adults, including toothache, muscle pain, joint pain and painful periods.

Uses of Nobel Plus Tablet are:

• Toothache and Muscle Pain: Eases dental pain and pain from strained muscles.
• Joint Pain: Relieves pain and swelling in osteoarthritis.
• Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhoea): Reduces period cramps and lower abdominal pain.
• Fever: Helps bring down a high temperature.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

The Nobel-Plus Tablet is taken orally. 

The Nobel-Plus Tablet contains the following components:

• Nimesulide (100 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits enzymes responsible for inflammation. This helps to control the swelling and redness. It also blocks pain signals, so you don't feel the ache as intensely. 
• Acetaminophen (325 mg): It is an analgesic and antipyretic that enhances pain relief and lowers fever by targeting certain chemicals in your brain. 
• Together, Nimesulide and Paracetamol create a powerful combo. They work hand in hand to provide you with relief from pain, inflammation, and fever.

The storage instructions for Nobel-Plus Tablet are as follows:

• Nobel-Plus Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Avoid heavy exercise, which can worsen joint pain. Instead, strengthen your muscles by using gentle activities like stretching, low-impact aerobic exercises (e.g., walking, cycling, swimming), and light weightlifting.
• Include fatty fish like salmon, trout, tuna, and sardines in your diet. They are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce inflammation by minimising the production of inflammatory chemicals.
• Pay attention to your sitting posture, especially with pain and inflammation. Try to limit prolonged sitting. Use back support like a rolled-up towel to maintain the natural curve of your spine.
