CTD-T 6.25/40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and to help protect the heart and kidneys. Good control lowers the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney damage.

It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes the blood vessels, and chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic that removes excess salt and water. Together they lower blood pressure.
