CTD 6.25 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce fluid retention (edema). It contains chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and water via the kidneys, lowering blood pressure and relieving swelling caused by heart, kidney, or liver conditions.
