CompositionCTD-6.25 Tablet is used to control high blood pressure and to reduce fluid retention (oedema) linked with heart, kidney or liver disorders. It helps the body remove excess salt and water.
It contains chlorthalidone, a diuretic (a water tablet). It works by helping the kidneys clear excess salt and water, which lowers blood pressure and reduces swelling.
Take it once a day, preferably in the morning, as prescribed.
Tell your doctor about any kidney disease, gout, diabetes or electrolyte imbalance before starting. Report marked dizziness, muscle cramps or signs of dehydration.
