SolvinCold Tablet may interact with the following medications:

• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs): When taken with the medicine, MAOIs like phenelzine and isocarboxazid can increase the risk of hypertension due to the presence of phenylephrine.
• Antidepressants: Medicines like fluoxetine and sertraline can interact with the tablet, potentially leading to increased side effects.
• Antihypertensives: Blood pressure-lowering medicines like amlodipine or lisinopril might have their effects reduced.
• Anticoagulants: If you're taking blood thinners like warfarin or heparin, SolvinCold Tablet can increase your risk of bleeding.

There are no known food interactions with SolvinCold Tablet.

SolvinCold Tablet may interact with the following diseases:

• Severe hypertension: As phenylephrine hydrochloride can cause an increase in blood pressure, people with severe hypertension are contraindicated from taking this medicine.
• Severe coronary artery disease: This medicine is contraindicated in patients with severe coronary artery disease as phenylephrine hydrochloride can potentially worsen their symptoms.
• Narrow-angle glaucoma: People with narrow-angle glaucoma are contraindicated from taking this medication as it may exacerbate their condition.
• Liver or kidney disorders: Paracetamol in the tablet may stress the liver and kidneys further in individuals with hepatic and renal impairment.
