Nimprex-P Tablet is used to manage acute pain, osteoarthritis symptoms and menstrual cramps, and to reduce fever, providing relief from pain, inflammation and general discomfort.

Uses of Nimprex-P Tablet are:

• Acute Pain: Relieves toothache, headaches and other mild to moderate pain.
• Osteoarthritis: Eases joint pain and inflammation.
• Menstrual Cramps: Relieves painful periods (primary dysmenorrhoea).
• Fever: Helps reduce fever.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• The medicine should be consumed as advised by your doctor.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor first.

• If you need to use this medicine for more than 10 days, consult your doctor about having a liver function test.

Nimprex-P Tablet is taken orally.

Nimprex-P Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Nimesulide (100 mg): As an NSAID, nimesulide works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammation and pain.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Known as an analgesic and antipyretic, paracetamol works primarily by blocking the signals in the brain that trigger pain and fever.

• Keep the temperature below 30°C.
