Pacimol Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat mild to moderate painful conditions and relieve fever. It provides effective relief from various painful conditions such as headaches, migraines, muscle aches, joint pain, dental discomfort, and painful menstrual cramps.
It contains two active ingredients: paracetamol and nimesulide. Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic to bring down body temperature and an analgesic to relieve pain, while nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces localised swelling, inflammation, and pain.
The tablet should ideally be taken with food or after food to minimise the risk of stomach irritation, exactly as advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration, as overuse can lead to serious liver problems.
Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, asthma, high blood pressure, or liver or kidney disease. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless explicitly advised by your doctor after evaluating all clinical risks.
