Cilacar-TM 50 Tablet is used for the following:

Cilacar-TM 50 Tablet is a combination medicine comprising three active ingredients:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker. It relaxes your blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood.

• Metoprolol Succinate (50 mg): As a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker, this ingredient reduces the force and rate of heart contractions. It works by reducing the workload on your heart, thus lowering your blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This angiotensin II receptor blocker prevents the narrowing of blood vessels caused by angiotensin II, a hormone that increases blood pressure. It selectively binds to the AT1 receptor subtype, blocking the vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II.

• Keep Cilacar-TM 50 Tablet in a tightly closed container.
