Dilnip Tm 50 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and resistant hypertension, especially when a single medicine is not effective, supporting blood pressure control in diabetics and high-risk patients.

Dilnip Tm 50 Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to lower your blood pressure:

• Metoprolol Succinate (50 mg): As a selective beta-1 blocker, metoprolol acts on specific receptors in your heart. It slows down your heart rate, reduces how forcefully your heart contracts, and decreases cardiac output, all of which help lower blood pressure.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This calcium channel blocker works by blocking L-type and N-type calcium channels in your blood vessels. This causes the blood vessels to relax and widen (vasodilation), reducing resistance to blood flow and lowering blood pressure.
