Bularid-M Tablet is used to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents, including nasal and eye allergy symptoms.

Uses of Bularid-M Tablet are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and eye irritation in seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
• Allergy Inflammation: Montelukast reduces airway and nasal inflammation triggered by allergens, providing broader and longer-lasting allergy control.

Bularid-M Tablet is composed of two active ingredients that work in synergy to reduce allergic reactions:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This component operates as a potent antihistamine. It binds to the H1 receptor in your body and blocks it. The H1 receptor is responsible for triggering allergy symptoms when activated by histamine—a substance produced during an allergic reaction. By blocking this receptor, bilastine helps prevent symptoms such as itching, sneezing, runny nose, and red eyes.

• Montelukast (10 mg): Montelukast acts as a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotrienes are substances released during an allergic reaction and can cause inflammation in your airways and increased mucus production. By specifically blocking the cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT1 receptor in your body, montelukast reduces these inflammatory actions, thereby offering relief from allergic rhinitis symptoms.

• Store your Bularid-M Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
