Bilasure M Tablet is used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and nasal congestion. It works by blocking the chemicals responsible for allergic reactions while also reducing airway inflammation. This dual action helps improve breathing and provides effective relief during allergy episodes.

Follow these instructions while taking Bilasure M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

Bilasure M Tablet contains two active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This antihistamine medication blocks the action of histamine, a key chemical messenger involved in allergic reactions. By preventing histamine from binding to its receptors, bilastine helps reduce allergy symptoms like itching, swelling, redness, and rashes.
