Bilasure M Tablet is used to treat allergic rhinitis symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and nasal congestion. It blocks the chemicals responsible for allergies and reduces airway inflammation, providing effective relief during allergy episodes and improving breathing comfort.

Follow these instructions while taking Bilasure M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Bilasure M Tablet contains two active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This antihistamine medication blocks the action of histamine, a key chemical messenger involved in allergic reactions. By preventing histamine from binding to its receptors, bilastine helps reduce allergy symptoms like itching, swelling, redness, and rashes.
