Bilazap M Tablet is used to treat a variety of allergic conditions, including hay fever, asthma, pet dander allergies, and dust mite allergies. It reduces inflammation in the airways, helping relieve symptoms like sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, nasal congestion, and skin rashes. This tablet is also effective for managing rhinoconjunctivitis and urticaria, alleviating discomfort caused by allergens and reducing inflammation in affected areas.

• Bilazap M should be taken exactly as your doctor recommends.
• Swallow it as a whole with water.
• Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine.
• It can be taken one or two hours before food or fruit juice intake.
• Take it at a fixed time for the best results.

• Bilazap M tablet should be administered orally.

• Bilazap M tablet contains two active ingredients: Bilastine and Montelukast. Let's understand how each of these ingredients works in the body.
• Bilastine is an antihistamine. When you come into contact with an allergen (the substance that triggers an allergic reaction), your body releases a chemical called histamine. Histamine binds to specific proteins in your body, causing allergic symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny/blocked nose, and watery eyes. Bilastine blocks these histamine receptors, preventing histamine from attaching to them. 
• In addition to histamine, another group of chemicals called leukotrienes are involved in allergic reactions. Leukotrienes cause inflammation and swelling in the airways, leading to wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath in individuals with asthma or allergic rhinitis. Montelukast works by blocking the proteins to which leukotrienes bind, thereby reducing inflammation and preventing the airway constriction caused by these chemicals.
