Bilambic M Tablet 10

Bilambic M Tablet is used to treat allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis and seasonal allergies. It provides fast relief by blocking allergy-causing substances in the body. Take as prescribed by your doctor for optimal relief.

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change your dose of Bilambic-M Tablet or take them more often than prescribed.

Bilambic-M Tablet is taken orally as a tablet.

Bilambic-M Tablet contains the following components:

• Bilastine (20 mg): It is an antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors in the body, preventing the binding of histamine, a chemical released during allergic reactions. By inhibiting histamine's effects, bilastine helps reduce sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes commonly associated with allergic rhinitis. 
• Montelukast (10 mg): It is a leukotriene receptor antagonists. It targets leukotrienes, which are inflammatory compounds released in response to allergens. By blocking the action of leukotrienes, montelukast helps to decrease inflammation in the airways, effectively addressing symptoms like nasal congestion and difficulty breathing associated with allergic rhinitis. 

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Bilambic-M Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Use a saline nasal spray to rinse irritants and allergens from your nasal passages.
• Minimise exposure to allergens like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander by keeping windows closed, wearing face masks, and maintaining clean living spaces.
• Inhale steam from a bowl of hot water to help clear nasal passages and reduce congestion. Peppermint, eucalyptus, and tea tree essential oils can be used for steam inhalation or diffused to ease congestion.
• Apply a warm compress to your sinuses can help ease pain and pressure.
