Duolin 3 Respules can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensive medications such as atenolol, labetalol, and metoprolol. These medications can inhibit the effect of Duolin 3 Respules.
• Antidepressants such as amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, isocarboxazid and phenelzine. These medications may increase the effect of these respules in the blood.
• Antiarrhythmics such as digoxin. The concomitant use of digoxin with these respules can inhibit the effect of these respules.
• Diuretics such as furosemide and chlorothiazide. The electrocardiographic changes and/or hypokalemia (low potassium levels) associated with diuretics may worsen with the concomitant use of these respules with loop and thiazide diuretics.
• Other bronchodilators, such as epinephrine. Coadministration of these medications with Duolin 3 Respules may increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects.

Duolin 3 Respules can interact with diseases, including:

• Glaucoma (increased eye pressure): This medication may increase intraocular pressure and worsen glaucoma.
• Urinary retention: This medication may cause urinary retention.
• Irregular heartbeat and heart disease: This medication can increase the risk of adverse effects on the heart.
• Seizures: An overdose of this medicine may cause seizures.
• Diabetes: This medication may alter blood glucose levels.
• Hypertension: This medication may increase blood pressure in some individuals.
• Hyperthyroidism: Duolin 3 Respules may worsen hyperthyroidism.
