CompositionDuolin 3 Respules are used to relieve and prevent bronchospasm (tightening of the airways) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), easing symptoms such as breathlessness and wheezing. The relief after inhalation generally lasts about 3 to 5 hours.
They combine two bronchodilators that relax and widen the airway muscles, improving airflow to the lungs.
Use the respules through a nebuliser only under medical supervision, as directed by your doctor.
