Dr Reckeweg Bio-Combination 21 (BC 21) Tablet is a homoeopathic tablet used to alleviate teething troubles in infants and children. It helps reduce gum inflammation, bleeding, and irritability, and supports digestion and appetite, promoting healthy growth during the teething phase. 

• Calcarea Phosphorica (Calcium Phosphate): A crucial mineral for bone and teeth development, Calcarea Phosphorica assists in the healthy progression of dentition.
