Pacimol MF Suspension is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever in children, including headache, toothache, earache, muscle and body aches, and discomfort caused by colds or flu.
It contains mefenamic acid, which reduces pain and inflammation, and paracetamol, which lowers fever and eases pain. Give it as prescribed, using the measuring cup provided, and avoid use in infants under six months unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Ensure your child stays well hydrated, especially when fever is present, and dress them in light clothing to help the body cool naturally. Adequate rest supports recovery alongside the medicine.
Before giving this medicine, tell your doctor if your child has any stomach, kidney, or liver problems, or a history of allergic reactions to pain relievers. Report any unusual symptoms such as vomiting, rash, or stomach pain to your doctor promptly, and avoid giving other paracetamol-containing products at the same time.
