Dolo-MF Oral Suspension contains two active ingredients:

• Mefenamic Acid (100 mg): Belonging to Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Medicines (NSAIDs), mefenamic acid works by preventing enzymes called COX-1 and COX-2 from making prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are substances in your body that cause inflammation, pain and fever. By stopping these enzymes from making prostaglandins, mefenamic acid helps reduce these symptoms.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (250 mg): Paracetamol's exact working mechanism isn't fully understood yet. However, it's thought to mainly act in the central nervous system where it stops certain substances involved in sending pain signals and controlling body temperature from being made. This action helps reduce pain and fever.
