Gelusil MPS Sugar-Free Liquid is used for relieving acidity, heartburn, indigestion, bloating, and gas. It works by neutralising excess stomach acid while Dimethicone helps break down trapped gas bubbles, reducing abdominal discomfort and bloating. The sugar-free formulation makes it suitable for individuals who prefer to avoid added sugar, including many people with diabetes.
