Gelusil MPS Sugar-Free Liquid is used to relieve acidity, gas, heartburn, and indigestion. It contains aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which help neutralise excess stomach acid, while activated dimethicone reduces gas and bloating. This sugar-free formula is suitable for people who need to control acidity without added sugars. • Aluminium Hydroxide (250 mg per 5 ml): Aluminium Hydroxide acts as an antacid, neutralising excess stomach acid to relieve acidity, heartburn, and indigestion. It forms a protective layer over the stomach lining, protecting from irritation caused by acid reflux.
   
• Magnesium Hydroxide (250 mg per 5 ml): Magnesium Hydroxide functions as both an antacid and mild laxative, helping to balance stomach pH while promoting smooth bowel movement. It helps alleviate constipation, which can sometimes result from antacid use.

• One to two teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 1⁄2-1 hour after each meal or whenever symptoms are pronounced.
