Gelusil Mps Original Mint Flavour Sugar-Free Liquid 400ml is used for relieving acidity, heartburn, gas and indigestion. It is formulated with Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide and Activated Dimethicone, which work together to neutralise excess stomach acid, relieve bloating and improve digestion. Aluminium Hydroxide acts as an antacid to reduce acidity, while Magnesium Hydroxide helps balance stomach pH and promotes bowel movement. Activated Dimethicone relieves gas and bloating by breaking up gas bubbles in the stomach. This sugar-free formula is gentle on the stomach and suitable for individuals who need to manage acidity without added sugars. Its mint flavour provides a refreshing aftertaste.

• One to two teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 1⁄2-1 hour after each meal or whenever symptoms are pronounced.
