CompositionMirbeg 25 Tablet is an extended-release medicine used to manage overactive bladder symptoms in adults, such as sudden urgent needs to urinate, frequent daytime and nighttime urination, and involuntary leakage (urge incontinence). It helps improve overall bladder capacity and control.
It contains mirabegron, a beta-3 adrenergic agonist. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet, as it is formulated to release the medicine steadily. Continue taking it as prescribed even if symptoms improve.
Bladder control techniques support medication effectiveness. These include limiting evening fluid intake, reducing caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated drinks, and practising pelvic floor exercises or bladder training as advised by your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, severe kidney or liver disease, or difficulty passing urine. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure regularly. Tell your doctor immediately if you experience severe difficulty urinating or a rapid heart rate.
