Bladmir-25 Tablet is used to manage an overactive bladder.

Bladmir-25 Tablet contains mirabegron (25 mg) which acts on your body as follows:

• Beta-3 adrenergic receptor activation: Mirabegron works by activating the beta-3 adrenergic receptors in your body. These receptors are mainly found in the detrusor muscle of the bladder.

• Relaxation of the detrusor muscle: By activating these receptors, mirabegron helps relax the detrusor muscle of the bladder during the storage phase of the bladder fill-void cycle. This relaxation leads to an increase in bladder capacity.
