Mirvance 25 Tablet 10

Mirvance 25 Tablet 10 is used to treat symptoms of an overactive bladder, including urinary urgency, increased frequency, and involuntary leakage. By relaxing the bladder muscles, it allows the bladder to hold a larger volume of urine. This helps improve overall bladder control and significantly reduces episodes of uncontrolled urination.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day.

Mirvance 25 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Mirvance 25 Tablet 10 contains mirabegron (25 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Beta-3 Adrenergic Receptor Agonist: Mirabegron selectively targets and stimulates the beta-3 adrenergic receptors found in the detrusor muscle (muscle layer in the wall of the urinary bladder) of your bladder.

• Detrusor Muscle Relaxation: By activating these receptors, mirabegron causes the smooth muscle in your bladder wall to relax during the filling phase, which reduces unwanted contractions.

• Increased Bladder Capacity: The relaxation of the detrusor muscle allows the bladder to expand more, increasing its capacity to hold urine. This helps reduce the frequency of urination throughout the day and night.

• Reduced Urgency Signals: Mirabegron helps decrease the sudden, strong urges to urinate by preventing premature bladder contractions, giving you better control over your bladder function.

• Store at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Keep the medicine protected from moisture.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Try to reduce your caffeine intake, as it can irritate your bladder and worsen overactive bladder symptoms that Mirvance 25 Tablet 10 helps manage.

• Drink normal amounts of water throughout the day, but try to reduce your fluid consumption in the evening to help manage nighttime urination.
