• Potassium Nitrate: Potassium Nitrate works well on the teeth to reduce signs of sensitivity. It protects the tooth’s nerves and desensitises to reduce pain. It provides relief from pain and discomfort triggered by hot, cold, sweet or acidic foods and drinks. 
   
• Sodium Monofluoro Phosphate: Sodium Monofluoro Phosphate helps strengthen tooth enamel and manage cavities. It releases fluoride ions that help remineralise and protect the teeth from decay.

• Apply at least an inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening) and not more than 3 times a day or as recommended by the dentist.
