Eplerenol 25mg Tablet 10 is used to treat heart failure and high blood pressure. As a potassium-sparing diuretic, it blocks aldosterone, a hormone that increases fluid retention and blood pressure. By reducing excess fluid and easing the heart’s workload, it supports improved heart function and helps prevent worsening heart failure symptoms.

• Take the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• You may take this medicine with or without food.
