• ACE inhibitors: Medicines like lisinopril or losartan can increase your risk of having high potassium levels in your blood when taken with Eplehef 25 Tablet.

• NSAIDs: Medicines like ibuprofen or naproxen may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of EpleHef 25 Tablet and increase your risk of kidney problems.

• Lithium: EpleHef 25 Tablet may increase lithium levels in your body, leading to toxicity.
