Ezuric-25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing mild to moderate high blood pressure

• Controlling heart failure after a heart attack in patients who have a weak left ventricle and show signs of heart failure

Follow these instructions while taking Ezuric-25 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Ezuric-25 Tablet is taken orally.

Ezuric-25 Tablet contains eplerenone (25 mg) and works in your body as follows:

• Aldosterone Receptor Blocking: Eplerenone acts as a competitive antagonist on the mineralocorticoid receptor (MR), preventing the binding of aldosterone. Aldosterone is a hormone that increases blood pressure and fluid retention when it binds to MR.
