Airz FB Capsule is used in following conditions;

• Long-term maintenance treatment of COPD

• Management of chronic bronchitis

• Treatment of emphysema

• Reducing airflow obstruction in the lungs

• Prevention of COPD exacerbations

• Improving lung function in adult COPD patients

• Decreasing airway inflammation in respiratory conditions

• Controlling bronchial smooth muscle constriction

• Reducing mucus secretion in the airways

• Use this medicine with the provided inhalation device only.

• Do not swallow the capsule. It is meant for inhalation only.

• Place the capsule in the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• Breathe in deeply and steadily through the device to inhale the medicine.

• Rinse your mouth with water after each dose to reduce the risk of mouth infections.

• Store the capsules at room temperature in a dry place.

• Use the capsules within 6 weeks of opening the foil pouch.

• Consult your doctor if you have questions about proper use.

Airz FB Capsule is administered via inhalation.

Airz FB Capsule contain the following composition;

• Budesonide (400 mcg): This is a corticosteroid that works by reducing inflammation in the airways. It inhibits the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation, helping to decrease swelling and irritation in the lungs.

• Formoterol fumarate (12 mcg): As a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA), formoterol stimulates specific receptors in the lungs called beta2-adrenergic receptors. This stimulation causes the muscles surrounding the airways to relax, resulting in widening of the airways.

• Glycopyrrolate (25 mcg): This anticholinergic medicine works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the body. By blocking acetylcholine's effect on muscarinic receptors in the lungs, it helps reduce bronchoconstriction and decreases mucus secretion.

• Store Airz FB Capsule at room temperature (20°C to 25°C) in a dry place.

• Use the capsules within 6 weeks of opening the foil pouch.

• Use immediately after removing from the blister pack.

• Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.

• Store all medicines out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water (at least 8 glasses daily) can help thin mucus in your airways, making it easier to clear your lungs when you have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

• Avoid respiratory irritants: Steer clear of smoke, strong perfumes, air pollution, and dust as these can worsen COPD symptoms and trigger flare-ups that your medicine is working to prevent.
