Budamate G Capsule 10

Budamate-G Capsule is used as long-term therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It eases breathing by reducing airway inflammation and relaxing airway muscles, helping control symptoms such as shortness of breath, persistent cough, and wheezing.

Follow these instructions while using Budamate-G Capsule:

• Remove the capsule from the bubble pack only when you are ready to use it.
• Place the capsule in the chamber of your inhaler device.
• Pierce the capsule as directed so the powder can be inhaled.
• Breathe out fully before placing the inhaler mouthpiece between your lips.
• Breathe in deeply and steadily to inhale the medicine powder.
• Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds after inhalation.
• Rinse your mouth with water after use to prevent oral thrush.
• Store the capsules at room temperature away from moisture.

Budamate-G Capsule is administered via inhalation.

Budamate-G Capsule contains three active ingredients:

• Budesonide (400 mcg): It is corticosteroid, reduces inflammation and swelling in the lung airways. It suppresses the release of substances that cause swelling, making the airways less sensitive and reactive.
• Glycopyrrolate (25 mcg): This is anticholinergic agent, blocks receptors that normally cause airway muscles to tighten when stimulated. By stopping this tightening action, it helps keep the airways open for long periods.
• Formoterol fumarate (12 mcg): This is a long acting beta agonist, works by stimulating specific receptors on the smooth muscles lining the airways. This causes the muscles to relax and the airways to widen, with effects lasting for at least 12 hours.

• Keep Budamate-G Capsule in its bubble pack until you're ready to use it.
• Store at room temperature (below 25°C).
• Protect from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Discard the inhaler device 30 days after opening the foil pouch.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Stay well-hydrated throughout the day to help keep mucus in your airways thinner, making breathing easier with COPD.
• Avoid exposure to air pollution, dust, and strong fumes, which can trigger COPD flare-ups and worsen breathing difficulties.
