CompositionBudamate G 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules is used for the long-term maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It is a triple combination inhaler containing budesonide, a corticosteroid, together with formoterol and glycopyrronium, two long-acting bronchodilators.
Budesonide reduces inflammation in the airways, formoterol and glycopyrronium both relax the muscles around the airways through different mechanisms to widen them, and together the three medicines improve breathing, reduce symptoms and lower the risk of flare-ups.
Use this rotacap only with the appropriate inhaler device, as your doctor prescribes, and rinse your mouth and gargle with water after each use to help prevent a fungal mouth infection (oral thrush). The capsule is for inhalation only and must not be swallowed.
Do not stop this medicine on your own, even if you feel well, as it works to control inflammation and airway narrowing over time; always speak to your doctor before making any changes. Tell your doctor about any heart conditions, high blood pressure or glaucoma before starting, and keep a short-acting reliever inhaler available for sudden symptoms; report any sudden worsening in breathing.
